In this 90-minute online event, Andrea continues her meditation series on the four seasons, focusing this time on the vibrant energy of summer. Summer’s long days, warm nights, and flourishing nature allow one to reflect on growth and abundance. This season invites us to take stock of our goals and intentions, identifying those with continuing relevance and weeding out projects or habits that no longer serve us. The outward-expanding momentum of summer encourages us to cultivate joy, creativity, and connection. This gathering will include guided meditation, poems and stories, journaling, and discussion as we explore the natural wisdom of summer together.
